В качестве солвера в модуле FAST Insremental используется решатель LS-DYNA , установщик которого (lsdynasolver.exe) НЕ ВХОДИТ в дистрибутив (это продукт третьей стороны и должен приобретаться у FTI отдельно)

Поэтому сообщение в модуле FAST Incremental "Fail to find lsdynasolver.exe" является не багом отлома а указанием на то, что FormingSuite не видит установщика решателя LS-Dyna

FormingSuite позволяет проверить, отработать и оптимизировать конструкцию изделия непосредственно на стадии разработки конструктором изделия.

Модульное приложением для анализа технологичности деталей, получаемых листовой штамповкой, и оптимизации раскроя металлической ленты, объединенных простым общим интерфейсом и предназначенное для конструкторов, технологов и нормировщиков.

Возможности:

- быстро рассчитать форму развертки;

- FASTFORM
Provides product and die designers with fast formability analysis for evaluation and validation of stamped components. Try-out simulations are based on either the component geometry for early feasibility or on the full tool, taking blank holder force, drawbeads, and pressure pads into account for improved reliability. It accurately determines if a component can be stamped consistently with minimum cost, while fulfilling all product performance requirements.
- FASTFORM Advanced
Provides product and die designers with realistic formability analysis for virtual prove-out of complex draw dies. Modeling and analysis can be completed in minutes, ensuring the optimal solution. Analysis is based on either the component geometry for early feasibility or on the full tool. Simulation takes into account engineering behavior, friction, binder surface, die addendum, blankholder force, pad pressure, drawbeads, and tailor-welded blanks to produce accurate results.
